Kindform

Three weeks in. All you have is their email address.

You sent the intake form. It came back half done, or not at all.

Kindform asks one question per screen, saves every word the second it is typed, and lets your client close the tab and come back Friday exactly where they stopped. Start on the right. It is already saving.

Free to start. No card. Your client never makes an account.

Why it gets finished

Built by an agency that got tired of chasing.

We ran client intake through Google Forms and long emails for years. The forms were fine. The finishing was the problem. So we built the tool around completion, not collection.

A half-done sheet is progress, not a loss

Tuesday, 4:12pm. Four questions in from a phone, then a meeting. Nothing is lost, because nothing was waiting on a submit button.

Friday, 9:30am. Same link, question five, no login, no re-typing. Most sheets finish across two or three sittings like this. Yours was built to survive them.

You never chase again

Your dashboard shows who opened, who is mid-sheet, and which question they stopped on. Gentle reminders go out on your schedule until the sheet is complete, so the follow-up stops being your job.

It wears your brand, not ours

Your colors, your logo, your tone on every screen. To your client it reads as a considered ask from you, not a form-builder link with someone else's name on it.

The view from your side

See exactly who is stuck, and where.

Every sheet reports back in real time. Open the dashboard and the whole roster is in front of you: who finished, who is mid-answer, who has not started, and the exact question someone stalled on.

Live status, not guesswork. Progress updates the instant a client types, so you always know the real state.

Reminders run themselves. Nudges go out on your schedule until the sheet is done. You approve the tone once.

Why believe us

We have no logos to show you yet.

Kindform is new. So instead of a wall of badges, here is what is actually verifiable.

The biggest form builder charges for this exact problem.

Tally is free forever with unlimited responses. Two things sit behind its $24 a month plan: “Partial submissions — capture unfinished form responses before respondents submit your form” and “Drop-off analytics — identify where respondents abandon your form”. The market leader decided abandonment was the part worth charging for.

It captures the fragment for you. Kindform stops the fragment happening — the person filling it in gets the resume link, which Tally does not offer at any price. Checked on tally.so/pricing, 31 August 2026.

The problem is not ours to prove. People describe it daily.

“I’m on a project that has been going for three weeks, and the only content I’ve received is the client’s email and social media address.”r/webdesign
“Assets trickle in, approvals stall, and by week 3 the client is already second-guessing the decision.”r/agencynewbies
“A lot of clients mean it when they say they’ll do it, until they sit down and realize it’s not that simple and they really don’t have time for it.”r/webdesign

We built it because we were the ones chasing.

JKCA Studio ran client intake through Google Forms and long email threads for years. The forms were fine. The finishing was the problem. Kindform is the tool we wanted, built around completion instead of collection — and we use it on our own clients before we ask you to.

Pricing

Priced on sheets, not responses.

Questions

The honest FAQ.

Who is this for?

Agencies, consultants, and freelancers who need one specific client to finish one specific ask: a project intake, a brand questionnaire, content collection, a sign-off. If you run anonymous surveys at scale, a survey tool will serve you better.

What if my client stops halfway?

That is the case we built for. Every answer is already saved, the same link resumes exactly where they stopped even days later, and reminders go out on your schedule until the sheet is complete. You can also see which question they stalled on, which usually tells you something.

How is this different from Typeform?

Typeform is built for collecting many responses to one form. This is built for getting one high-stakes response actually completed: resume links, stuck-question visibility, reminders, and no per-response caps on paid plans. Different job.

Does it work on phones?

It is designed for phones first. One question per screen exists because that is how a busy client answers from a couch or a job site. Desktop gets the same calm layout with more room.

Where does my data live?

On Cloudflare's network. Answers are written to a Cloudflare database the moment they are typed and exported only to you. We do not sell, share, or train on client answers.

Can clients skip questions?

You decide per question. Required questions hold the screen; optional ones can be passed. Skipped questions stay visible on your dashboard so nothing silently disappears.

Can I use my own colors and logo?

Yes, on every plan including free. Colors, logo, intro and thank-you copy are all yours. The brand picker on the sheet above is the same mechanism.
